Caycie Brooke Goins of Cleveland and Travis Kent Smith of Calhoun were joined in marriage at 6:30 p.m. on May 28 at the Museum Center at Five Point.

The bride is the daughter of David and Rebecca Goins of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of Charles Hysinger of Cleveland, the late Mary Hysinger, Pearl Mull Goins of Cleveland and the late Robert “Bobby” Goins.

The bridegroom is the son of Eddie and Patti Smith of Calhoun. He is the grandson of Violet Creasman of Calhoun, the late Harold Creasman, the late Armo Smith and the late Winona Smith.

The Rev. Jeff Lovinggood, pastor of Long Hollow Baptist Church in Nashville, officiated the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Music was provided by Great American Music.

The bride was attended by her sister, Brittany Mantooth of Cleveland, as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Cindy Placek of Cleveland, aunt; sisters Piper Hanna and Courtney Goins, both of Cleveland; and Kerri Goins of Cleveland, her sister-in-law.

Flower girls were the bride’s nieces, Hannah Goins and Caityln Mantooth, both of Cleveland.

Blake Hanna, nephew of the bride, and Forrest Smith, nephew of the bridegroom, served as ring bearers.

Eddie Smith, the groom’s father, served as best man. Groomsmen were Brad Smith of Fairhope, Ala., the groom’s brother; Tanner Goins of Cleveland, the bride’s brother; Zac Lawson of Athens; and Jake Willcutt of Cleveland.

The bride’s nephew, Bryant Mantooth of Cleveland, and her cousin, Logan Pierce, served as ushers.

The bride’s parents gave a reception at the Museum Center.

Assisting were Chandlar Placek, Holland Pierce and Allison Pierce. Lori Rader attended the bride’s book.

Following a wedding trip to the Bahamas, the couple resides in Cleveland.
