Sunny Erin Hourihan of Chattanooga and Jeremy Michael Swallows of Charleston were united in marriage in an evening ceremony on Aug. 21, 2010, at the couple’s residence in Charleston.

The bride is the daughter of Patrick Hourihan of Ringgold, Ga., and the late Sheree Hourihan. She is the granddaughter of William and Patricia Wright of Lakeland, Fla., the late William Bevis and the late Patrick and Mary Hourihan. She is the sister of Sean Hourihan of Venice, Calif.

The bridegroom is the son of Kenneth “Bud” and Mary Swallows of Cleveland. He is the grandson of Clyde and Brenda Swallows and Bernice Swallows, all of Cleveland, David Brewer of Cleveland and the late Sue Brewer. He is the brother of Jason Swallows of Charleston.

The wedding was officiated by Ryan May, pastor of The Net Church in Chattanooga, where they both attend. The bride was presented in marriage by her father.

The reception was held at the Mountain View Inn in Cleveland.

After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple is at home in Charleston.

Mr. and Mrs. Swallows are both employed by Rite Aid Pharmacy. Mr. Swallows attended the Mercer University School of Pharmacy.
