The Tennessee Christian Preparatory School high school volleyball team had the opportunity to travel to Maryville to compete with Apostolic Christian Academy on Tuesday.

TC Prep lost to Apostolic Christian in three sets by scores of 16-25, 22-25, 15-25. Despite the Hawks loss, the result of excellent volleyball skill was seen in Catiana Potter with 12 digs, Logan Hall with five kills, and Natalie Calfee with seven kills. Four Lady Hawks had service aces including Hannah Chord, Logan Hall, Bailey Burns and Natalie Calfee.

“Natalie Calfee led the team tonight; she had a great game,”said Hawks coach Sarah Caines. The Hawks played 100 percent better than last week. We continue to see improvement. They moved well on the court and exercised great communication.”

TC Prep plays the Chattanooga Patriots Friday.
