Terry Dale Goforth, 62, of Calhoun, died Wednesday, May 9, 2012, in a Chattanooga hospital.
The funeral will be held at 8 p.m. today, May 11, 2012, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
