THE SALVATION ARMY in Cleveland welcomes Kay Free, pastor Teresa Norman and Evie West as new members to the Cleveland Advisory Council. They each have committed to get involved and to offer support and wisdom. The board has now grown to 21 members of combined experience, talent and dedication. The Salvation Army’s motivation is spiritual, and its goal is to minister to the whole person — body and spirit. The Salvation Army finds these two components inseparable in its ministry. From left are Free, Norman, West, Council Chairman Dr. Josh Olmstead, Major Al Newsome and Sgt. Ruthie Forgey.
