The bride-elect is the daughter of Jim and Susan Tindal. She is the granddaughter of the late Hugh and Emma Cate and the late James and Betty Tindal.
The future bridegroom is the son of Rick and Tracy Green of Columbia, S.C. He is the grandson of Richard and Alberta Green of Fayettevile, N.C., and the late Edward and Leonora Brown.
Miss Tindal is a graduate of Cleveland High School and received a bachelor’s degree in health science from Lee University. She is a member of First Baptist Church and is a teacher at Virginia College.
Mr. Green is a specialist in the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Stewart in Savannah, Ga.
