Miss Tipton is the granddaughter of Bobbie Liner of Cleveland and Wilma Tipton of Tracy City.
She is a graduate of Notre Dame High School and received a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Tennessee Wesleyan College. She is a member of Woodland Park Baptist Church and is a teacher for Hamilton County Schools.
