John and Judi Toland of Cleveland announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Elise Elizabeth, to Joshua Thomas Huie, the son of Bryan and Debra Huie of Dennard, Ark.

The couple will exchange wedding vows on Feb. 16.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Lucille L. Kelly of Cleveland and the late John E. Kelly, Mitchell R. Toland of Oceanside, Calif., and the late Lucille E. Toland. She is the sister of Lindsay Madison of Cleveland and Spencer Toland of Lander, Wyo.

Miss Toland is a graduate of Gateway Christ School and is employed by Bed, Bath & Beyond.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Peter and Patricia Pronia of Dennard and Tom and Diana Huie of Choctaw, Ark. He is the brother of Alyssa Huie and Matthew Huie, both of Dennard.

Mr. Huie is a graduate of Ozarka Community College.
