Amanda Weathers and Micah McDonald, both of Cleveland, will be united in marriage in a 2 p.m. ceremony on June 4 at Lee University.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Troy Weathers and Penny Weathers, both of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of Everette and Glenna Hunt of Cleveland and the late Viola Rymer.

Miss Weathers is a graduate of Bradley Central High School and Lee University.

She is employed by Bradley County Schools as a fourth-grade teacher at Oak Grove Elementary School.

The future bridegroom is the son of Bruce and Karen McDonald of Cleveland. He is the grandson of Bobbie McDonald of Owensboro, Ky., the late Edna Mae McDonald and F.D. and Lois Black of Martinsville, Va. He is the brother of Jason McDonald of Cleveland.

Mr. McDonald is a graduate of Walker Valley High School and attends Lee University, where he is employed. He is a member of Keith Street Ministries.
