BethAnn Lay of Cleveland and Mark Wiedenbenner of Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., were united in marriage in an afternoon ceremony on April 7, 2012, at the Lee University Chapel.

The bride is the daughter of Steven and Ann Lay of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of Florence Lay of Cleveland.

The bridegroom is the son of Jerry and Janet Wiedenbenner of Fort Oglethorpe. He is the grandson of the late Darlene Wiedenbenner and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence.

The wedding ceremony was officiated by Chris Coats. Nuptial music was presented by Megan Isaacson, Steve Camp, Stefanie Black and MaryBeth Wiedenbenner.

Wendy Torchick of Cleveland attended the bride as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Charity Merkel and Donna St. John.

David Wiedenbenner of Ringgold, Ga., served the bridegroom as best man. Groomsmen were John Griffey and Tim Lay.

The reception was given at Black Fox Farms.

After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg and Asheville, N.C., the newlywed couple is at home in Cleveland.
