William Allen Faulk, 55, of Kodak and formerly of Cleveland, died Tuesday, April 17, 2012.
The funeral will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home.
Interment will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2012, in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
Survivors will be announced by the funeral home.
