The couple will exchange vows in a private ceremony on Oct. 5 at 11 a.m. in Chattanooga.
Miss Williams is a graduate of Cleveland High School and Lee University, where she received a bachelor of science degree in special eduction.
Mr. Stiner is a graduate of Ooltewah High School and attends Chattanooga State Technical Community College, where he is studying business and marketing.
