The bazaar is being put on to raise funds for community events for the coming year. A variety of vendors will be present.
The bazaar will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The menu will be soup and chili with cornbread, dessert and a drink. The cost will be $5 per meal. Homemade pies, cakes and cookie will also be for sale.
The lodge encourages everyone to attend and do their last minute Christmas shopping. Door prizes will be given out throughout the event. Winners must be present to receive the prize.
To reach the lodge take Highway 64 East to Kinser Road, turn left onto Kinser, then turn right onto Bates Pike. Then, turn right onto Thompson Springs Road. The lodge is the third building on the left.
Woodmen of the world is a nonprofit, member-owned life insurance company. Lodge meetings are held on the fourth Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. for breakfast followed by a business meeting.
