A NEW MAN — Cosmetolgist William Herman Chandler of Cleveland said his life was like a revolving door of crime and punishment until he embraced his childhood faith and turned completely away from his former lifestyle. The 60-year-old owner of Chandler’s House of Style in Cleveland is also a minister, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather to a family that loves him. Once a month Chandler visits the prison he lived in and other correctional facilities to share the Word of God.
