CLEVELAND UTILITIES continues to make progress on the construction of a new district substation on 9th Street to replace an outdated facility across from the old Cleveland Chair Co. site. The work site sits adjacent to the railroad tracks and the former Plant 2 manufacturing facility of Whirlpool Cleveland Division.
