The motorcyclist who died in a wreck late Saturday has been identified.
Investigators have identified Bobby Mitchell Bunch, age 51, of Cleveland, as the driver in Saturday’s motorcycle accident on Georgetown Circle, according to Communications Director James Bradford of the Bradley County Sheriff's Office.
The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. Saturday. Bunch's girlfriend contacted the 911 Emergency Center. Bunch's body was located in a ditch, reports said. The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet, Bradford reported.
"Investigators estimate the collision occurred an hour prior to the discovery of the driver, and learned the motorcycle was stolen out of Bradley County.
The BCSO Public Safety Unit is still investigating the accident.
