Charles Lee Stinnett, 73, of Cleveland, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2019.

He was a retired dairy farmer. He loved fishing, camping, going to church and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ressie Lee Sims Stinnett and Henry Lee Stinnett; two brothers: Harold and Earl Stinnett; and three sisters: Georgia Stinnett, Elsie Samples and Mary Stinnett.

Survivors include wife of 52 wonderful years, Shirley Anderson Stinnett; daughter, Brenda Davis; two sons: Leroy (Pebbles) Stinnett and Michael (Selena) Stinnett; two grandchildren: Aaron Stinnett and Jayden Davis; sister, Mildred (Morris) Carey; and special friends: Wayne and Sharon Anderson, Barbara Correll and Jerimie Gaudern.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 9, 2019, at the Echoes of Mercy Baptist Church with Pastor Daniel White and Joe Taylor officiating.

Interment will follow in Flint Springs Cemetery with Aaron Stinnett, Jayden Davis, Justin Anderson, Ray Anderson, Johnny Anderson and Brad Williams serving as pallbearers, and the men of Echoes of Mercy Baptist Church serving as honorary pallbearers.

His family will receive friends today,  from 6 to 8 p.m., at Echoes of Mercy Baptist Church.
