Jerome Hammond will be the speaker for the His Hands Extended Devotional on Oct. 4 at Garden Plaza, 3500 Keith St., at 7 a.m.

A Sustainable Living Seminar will be held Oct. 3 and 4, 6:30 to 8:30 each evening at Ladd Springs Seventh-day Adventist Church, 5860 Bates Pike.

———

The Hearts of Faith will be in concert at 6 tonight at Unity Church of God, 3144 Fulbright Road. 

———

2x2 will be singing at the 11 a.m. service today at Covenant Baptist Church, 249 Calhoun Road.

———

Four-point Baptist Church, 3501 Old Tasso Road, will have Ole Timer’s Day today, beginning at 2 p.m., with singing by Fellowship Singers.

———

Community Chapel Church, 1807 Blythe Ave. will be in revival on Oct. 6, 7 and 8 with 17-year-old Marcus Dilley. Friday and Saturday services are at 7 p.m.; on Sunday at 2 p.m.

———

Homecoming is today, beginning at 10 a.m., at Community Hall Church, 1305 Sixth St. S.E. Crystal Elam, church choir and special singers will be featured.

———

The Joyaires from Harriman will sing in the 10:45 a.m. service today at Ball Play Baptist Church, Old Fort.
