It took an early fourth-quarter run and a strong defensive effort to close, but the Cleveland Blue Raiders held off a determined Walker Valley basketball team, and breathed a sigh of relief after scoring a 59-55 win over the Mustangs Friday inside Raider Arena. The Lady Raiders celebrated the return of Jamaryn Blair in a big way, cruising to a 65-40 victory over the Lady Mustangs in the District 5-AAA opener.
