A man and woman were arrested by the Cleveland Police Department after employees at a local hotel viewed the couple allegedly having an early morning tryst on a hotel patio.

The incident took place at 1:51 a.m. at Town Place Suites by Marriott on Bernham Drive N.W.

According to a CPD report, Abraham Ginorio, 49, and Veronica Roldan, 40, were arrested for disorderly conduct.

Police said a hotel employee told them the couple “were outside on the front patio having intercourse.”

According to the CPD’s report, hotel employees had told the couple to leave the premises earlier that day.

In addition, the report noted that CPD said the amorous couple had been warned the previous day “about having intercourse in public areas.”

Ginorio and Roldan were transported to the Bradley County Jail.
