Pauline Cronan


Pauline Cronan, 86, of Cleveland, passed away Monday, Oct. 2, 2017, in a local hospital.

She was a native of Polk County and lived the majority of her life in Bradley County. She was a member of the Echoes of Mercy Baptist Church. Pauline loved her church and spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Cronan; parents, Roscoe and Mary Burns Stewart; and siblings: Ebb Stewart, Tom Stewart, Harold Stewart, Junior Stewart and Della Mae Cronan.

She is survived by her children: Charles (Alice) Cronan of Benton, Faye Bradshaw of Cleveland, Mary Lynn of Benton, and Randall (Sue) Cronan of Cleveland; seven grandchildren: Angela Byram, Amy Hawkins, Stanley Crook, Dorothy Zumstein, Christopher Bradshaw, Kerrie Cronan and Skylar Freeman; eight great-grandchildren: Klassy Hawkins, Kallie Hawkins, Dawson Self, Zachary Byram, Tucker Hawkins, Logen Martin, Alyssa Bradshaw and Jaiden Bradshaw; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 6, 2017, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Pastor Daniel White officiating.

Interment will follow in Old Ocoee Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday,

Oct. 5, 2017, at the funeral home.
