Eaton collected over 300 packages of diapers and wipes for New Hope Pregnancy Care Center, as part of a two-week diaper drive. The initiative led by Women Adding Value at Eaton included participation from all eight on-site teams. According to Eaton HR Manager Michael Patterson, WAVE focuses on improving the company and local community through volunteer efforts. The diapers and wipes will be used by New Hope as part of the nonprofit's Earn While You Learn program.
