A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017, at Samples Memorial Baptist Church, 371 Samples Chapel Road S.E., Cleveland, with Pastors Mark Cameron and Daniel White officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5 until the 7 p.m. service time at the church.
