Bradley Central High School class of 1968 — all 1960s classes — will have a reunion on Saturday from 1 to 8 p.m. at The Valley Barn, 3587 Eureka Road, Charleston. Bring covered-dish and 2-liter drink. Menu includes chicken tenders and all fixins’. $10 per person. RSVP to 715-5553.

Ocoee Region Beekeepers Association is hosting a short course Saturday, beginning at 9:15 a.m., at the Benton Municipal Building, 6496 Hwy. 411, Benton. The course is designed to educate those interested in becoming beekeepers or as a refresher for those with experience and will fulfill one of the requirements for the Tennessee Beekeepers Association hive grant program for 2018. Attendees can register at 8:30 a.m. the day of the event.

The United Club will have its October luncheon meeting Tuesday, 11:30 a.m., at the Golden Corral. Hilda Sutton will be the guest speaker.

Surviving the Holidays seminar will be held on Nov. 11, from 1 to 3 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Copperhill, 146 Scenic Drive. The seminar is free, however if anyone would like to make a donation, the books, which participants will receive, cost $5.
