The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list include individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.

Arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for simple possession of meth, simple possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Lavonta Eugene Griffin, 32, 630 Old Georgetown Road

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jacob Thomas McLain, 24, 385 New Murraytown Road

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident.

• Rachel Elizabeth Labrosse, 35, 1310 E. 17th St., Chattanooga

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Rachel Alexandria Burris, 25, 5015 Lake Circle Drive N.E.

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kenny Lamar Brown, 38, 167 Infinity Drive, Charleston

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth.

• Jacqueline L. Venida, 49, 855 East St.

Arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for Schedule II (meth) drug charges, unlawful drug paraphernalia.

• Donovan Craig Diaz, 24, 277 Parkwood Drive

Arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for public intoxication.

• James Christopher Maynor, 46, 465 2nd St. S.W.

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Nathan Julian Caywood, 48, 1211 Lee Highway S.W.

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor violation of probation, domestic assault.

• Steven Dewayne Whaley, 29, 1770 Spring Place Terrace

Arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Christian Denis Froger, 20, 2324 Georgetown Road

Arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear, misdemeanor violation of probation.

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor violation of probation (public intoxication), public intoxication.

• Daniel Cole Ramsey, 25, 373 Oak St. S.W.

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Jason Scott Brush, 37, 167 County Road 139, Athens

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Christopher Frazier Parks, 47, 783 6th St. N.E.

Arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (911 calls in non-emergency).
