The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.

Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.



• Patrick Dale Friess, 38, 1955 Old Charleston Pike, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor probation violation.

• Dorothy Christine Lopez, 54, 3768 Dixie Court Drive S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting stop/arrest, violation of order of protection.

• Larry Charles Evans, 63, 923 9th St. S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Edwin K. Foster, 41, 212 Westside Drive, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (driving on a suspended driver’s license, light law).

• Kimberly Shelton Kimbrell, 49, 544 Corvin Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for domestic violence.

• Dylan C. Townsend, 18, 1465 Village Oaks Circle N.W., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for domestic violence.

• Charles Thomas Moore, 43, 7613 Clearwater Road, Hixson, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor probation violation.

• Michael David Cross, 52, 1605 Chippewa Ave., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for domestic violence.

• Maynor Ronaldo Mazariegos, 32, 1422 Spring Place Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for driving without a driver’s license, failure to maintain lane.

• Colin M. Langley, 18, 13169 Marty Circle, Lake View, Ala., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for joyriding; was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for underage driving while intoxicated.

• Michael Gage Passmore, 27, 368 Ocoee Circle, Ocoee, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (assault).

• Christy Evelyn Holland, 43, 155 Eisenhower St. N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (driving on a suspended driver’s license).

• Amanda Lynn Giles, 28, 10415 Birchwood Pike, Harrison, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor probation violation.

• Christopher Craig Doak, 35, 180 Voyles Drive, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth.

• Orval Lynn Heard, 53, 14790 Honeybee Lane, Sale Creek, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for violation of probation (Rhea County).

• Edward Lebron Bettis, 39, 635 County Road 216, Decatur, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for an attachment (non-payment of child support).

• Valeri Jean Biber, 47, 855 East St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (no driver’s license, no insurance, move over).

• Kelvin Chrishone Weaver, 44, 619 Shannon Ave., Chattanooga, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Curtis Dewitt Banther, 38, 566 Old Harrison Circle, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Pedro Juan Rodriguez, 37, Lang St., Waterbury, Conn., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Sarah Grace Cherry, 24, 511 Quarry Road, Benton, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia (Hamilton County).

• Marcus W. Burns, 44, 1830 Clemmer St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (domestic), criminal impersonation.

• Peter Benjamin Carter, 32, 146 Silver Trail N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for lights on motor vehicle, driving on a revoked driver’s license.

• Joshua Timothy Roberts, 33, 3628 N.E. Stephens Road, Apt. 84, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor violation of probation, failure to appear (scire facias, simple assault).

• Keisha Mae Bradley, 30, 2010 Old Lower River Road, Charleston, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor probation violation.

• Tyler Dee Holdman, 22, 143 Centenary Ave. N.W., Apt. 1, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Desiree Yvonne Lively, 25, 311 Jones Drive, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor probation violation.

• Samantha Ann Fragiadakis, 28, 535 4th St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor probation violation, failure to appear (theft), simple possession/casual exchange.
