The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.

Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.




• Labron Mitchell Grady, 44, 437 Crest Drive S.W., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for three counts of theft.

• Dale Goodson, 31, 1704 Jackson Ave., Seymour, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for being a fugitive from justice.

• Jose M. Villa, 37, 575 20th St. N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for theft over $2,500.

• Amanda L. Johnson, 30, 121 Killian Road, Old Fort, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (speeding, driver’s license violation, no insurance).

• Lawrence Joseph Adams, 39, 130 Southgate Drive S.W., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for light law (tag light), driving under the influence, introduction of contraband into a penal institution.

• Kaleb Christian Triplett, 21, 3015 Pin Oaks Circle N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Michael Jason Robins, 35, 1620 Chippewah, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for theft of property.

• Jordan Michelle Starnes, 20, 1041 Keith Valley Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for first offense of driving under the influence.

• Roy Earl Summers, 61, 1707 S. Meade Circle S.W., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for public intoxication.

• Lemar Cazz Thorpe, 32, 795 Brown Ave., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (domestic).

• Tylin Montez Gordon, 25, 2014 Old Niota Road, Athens, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear: violation of probation (resisting arrest), misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Aundrea Neal George, 59, 3425 Blair Road, was arrested by the Campus Police at Cleveland State Community College for criminal trespass.

• Troy Lee Foster, 53, 1175 S. Ocoee St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Casey McClain Vaughn, 25, 246 Glensara Drive, Charleston, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for light law violation, driving on a revoked driver’s license.

• Brandon Lynn Ogle, 40, 1830 Liggett Road, Decatur, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for theft under $1,000.

• Thomas James Wilson, 35, 103 Newby Road S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for evading arrest (felony), speeding (57 in a 45 mph zone), driving without a license, misuse of registration, no insurance.

• Tabitha Renee Parks, 46, 4302 Ocoee St. N., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for Hamilton County warrants.

• April Michelle Earnest, 31, 923 15th St. N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for criminal trespass.

• Paula Lee Freeman, 37, 1914 Rolling Brook Drive N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (pay fee).

• Brandon Kyle Smith, 26, 7880 Bork Memorial Drive, Ooltewah, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor probation violation.

• William King Bearden, 20, 167 Mitchell Lane, Ten Mile, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (minor in possession of alcohol, public intoxication, resisting arrest, simple possession).

• Jerry L. Gabe, 35, 685 Brown Ave. N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (simple possession/casual exchange).

• Dakota Woods, 18, Dooley St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated burglary (Hamilton County warrant).

• Gerald Edward Clements, 44, 2584 Brownwood Drive S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (two counts of simple possession, drug paraphernalia).

• Stephen James Marble, 28, 107 Brookhill Lane N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (misdemeanor violation of probation), misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Dakota Shane Holdiman, 24, 127 Douglas Circle N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for two counts of failure to appear (seatbelt).

• Angela Hope Longwith, 39, 3923 Highway 411, Ocoee, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for non-payment of child support.

• Connaught Eugene Murphy, 26, 1966 Pell Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Emily Mikaela Friess, 24, 1955 Old Charleston Road N.W., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor failure to appear, failure to appear: violation of probation (criminal trespass).

• Jose M. Villa, 37, 575 20th St. N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for being a fugitive from justice (Texas).

• Clyde Joshua McCarthy, 35, 2810 Archer Lane, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for evading arrest (felony), speeding, driving on a revoked driver’s license, stop sign violation, resisting arrest.

• Isaac S. Johns, 35, 2400 Executive Parkway, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated child abuse and neglect, four counts of child abuse and neglect (if non-violent).

• John Emanuelle Pacheco Ortiz, 24, 156 James Asbury, Room 221, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated assault, tampering with or fabricating evidence.

• Daniel Wayne Burnette, 33, 457 McJunkin Road, Turtletown, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor probation violation (failure to appear (speeding, possession of Schedule II drugs).

• Eric Nathaniel Wilson, 57, 217 Old Tasso Place, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated assault.
