This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.

Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.

• James Christopher Pelfrey, 37, of Calhoun, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for a new bill capias: criminal simulation.

• Holly Lenere Perry, 30, of Calhoun, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (driving on a suspended driver’s license, insurance, window tint).

• Jeremy Todd Pritchett, 43, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor probation violation.

• Noah Nathaniel Ramos, 21, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Kiley Rae Rich, 31, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for simple possession/casual exchange, driving on a revoked driver’s license.

• Joshua Bowman Timothy Roberts, 33, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for driving on a revoked driver’s license, failure to appear (violation of probation), failure to appear: violation of probation (assault), simple possession/casual exchange.

• Craig A. Sanborn, 31, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for non-payment of child support.

• Jordan Levi Smith, 27, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication, simple possession/casual exchange.

• Vanessa Louise Starcher, 41, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear.

• Betty Jo Vaughn, 49, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor probation violation.

• Otis Gregory Shawn Walker, 47, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for non-payment of child support.

• Timothy Florence Youngblood, 21, of Dunlap, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for criminal trespass, resisting stop/halt/frisk/arrest.
