The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.

Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.

• Teai L. Nantz, 26, 17302 Highway 421 S., Cranks, Ky., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for being a fugitive from justice.

• Charles Robert Ramsey, 35, 180 Sandidge Road S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (false reports), contempt of court.

• Keyunna Lakisa Walker, 25, 701 N. Germantown Road, Chattanooga, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for theft over $2,500.

• Scott Lee Petersen, 41, 2442 Dalton Pike S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for violation of sex offender registry.

• Dylan Slade Cartwright, 25, 3219 Little John Circle, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for theft under $1,000.

• Kassie Sue Mitchell, 25, 104 Short St., Etowah, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for prescription fraud.

• Marquel Kevion Jimerson, 23, 3857 Lynncrest Drive N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated assault.

• Veronica Leigh Conner, 27, 1228 Brookfield Court, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for theft under $1,000 (Hamilton County warrant).

• Daniel Tyler Stewart, 28, 525 40th Ave. N., Nashville, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for Schedule II drug violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft over $1,000.

• Larry Dewayne Catlett, 48, 1210 Blythe Ave. S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear, failure to serve jail time (driving on a revoked driver’s license, insurance, no signal, registration), failure to appear: violation of probation (simple possession of meth).

• Mary L. Cates, 39, Homeless, Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (two counts of shoplifting), failure to appear.

• Brad D. Stamey, 41, 44 Inman St. E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (public intoxication).

• Frones Lee Eggleston, 30, 1301 Blount Ave. S.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (violation of order of protection).

• Miranda Renee Hitte, 32, 670 Frazier Road, Old Fort, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to serve jail time: violation of probation (simple possession, drug paraphernalia), failure to appear (possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia), failure to appear (drug paraphernalia, simple possession/casual exchange, manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth).

• Marsha Ann Wright, 37, 1350 2nd St. N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for non-payment of child support.

• Phillip Charles Ashley, 37, 4411 Bill Jones Road, Apison, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (driving on a suspended driver’s license, insurance, registration, scire facias).

• Miranda Mae Willis, 23, 290 Trewhitt Drive S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (driving on a suspended driver’s license, manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth, registration violation, drug paraphernalia) scire facias, misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Mariah Bailey McCall, 20, 220 Hidden Forest Drive, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for simple possession/casual exchange.

• Bryson Patrick Burnette, 22, 2220 Rolling Brook Drive, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.

• Lekedra M. Dixon, 31, 2208 Ivy St., Chattanooga, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (mental health court/fail to comply mental health) - Hamilton County.

• Steven Darrell Epperson, 45, 738 4th St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for Schedule II drug violations.

• Jeremy Ivor Roberts, 29, Blythewood Apartments, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (prohibited weapons, simple possession, theft, driving on a revoked driver’s license), misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Jeremy Tyler Johnson, 24, 2075 Rolling Brook Drive, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• James Lee Roberts, 49, 385 S.E. Fair St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for violation of probation (two counts for initiation of process to manufacture meth).

• Matthew Todd Lynn, 46, 63 County Road 100, Lot 12A, Decatur, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for violation of probation (possession of meth – more than .5 grams for resale, felony evading arrest).

• Tabatha Lynn Hicks, 38, 679 Gaut St. S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for violation of probation (aggravated burglary).
