James Keith

James Brock Keith, 79, of Harrison, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2019, at his home, surrounded by family.

He loved his Lord 'til death, and enjoyed watching westerns, hunting, and working with his scroll saw.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Ona Keith; sisters: Della Watkins, and Ruby Ball; grandchild, Eric Reeves; and great-grandchildren: Leland Keith and River Keith.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Viola Lemon Keith; children: Mark (Catherine) Bernhardt, Kevin (Lisa) Bernhardt, Sandy Keith, Cheryl (Jacky) Morgan, Cathy (Brock) Davenport, Brian (Sherry) Keith, and Colleen (Bruno) Banda; brothers: Arley (Betty) Keith, Lester and “J.R.” Keith; sisters: Shirley Holcomb and Lanora Poteet; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. 

A memorial service will be held at The Cedar Ridge Seventh-day Adventist Church on Highway 60, across from the Georgetown Road Post Office, on Sunday, June 2, 2019, a video will start at 3 p.m. and service will follow at 3:30 pm.
