The Bradley Kids Camp will be held June 19-21 at the McKenzie Basebal Complex. The camp is for young baseball players in grades K-6. The sessions will run from 9 a.m. until noon each day. The cost is $60 per players with sign up at 8:30 on the first morning.

The 2017 Lee University Baseball Advanced Hitting/Pitching/Catching Camp will be held July 5-7 at Olympic Field. the daily session will run from 9 a.m. until noon. The camp is for ages 8-17. Advanced instruction on the fundamentals of hitting, pitching and catching will be taught with instruction and drills the Lee coaches provide daily to college level athletes. The 17th annual Camp of Champions will be held July 10-13 at Cleveland High School's Benny Monroe Stadium. This camp, which is for first through eighth graders players, is run by Cleveland Middle and High School coaches and runs from 9 a.m. until noon. The cost to attend is $80 and sign-up forms can be picked up at the CMS main office or you can sign up the day of the camp at CHS. The Cleveland State Cougar Athletics Golf Classic will be held on Friday, July 21 at the Chatata Valley Golf Club. The four-person select shot event will have a lunch and registration at noon with a 1:30 shot gun start. The cost is $60 per player with proceeds going to benefit the new Cleveland State men’s and women’s golf programs. Hole sponsorships are available for $100. Walker Valley High School will host a Player Development Academy open to male and female elementary, middle school and high school athletes. While the first sessions is currently underway through June 23, a second session will run from July 10-28. Costs are $100 per phase for elementary athletes and $125 per phase for middle and high school athletes. The Jordan Leen’s National Champ Training Camp, hosted by Bradley Central’s wrestling program, will be held June 23-24. The camp is open to middle and high school wrestlers and advanced kids clubbers.
The camp will be held in three two-hour sessions (one Friday evening and the other two on Saturday morning and afternoon). The cost is $20 per session or $50 for all three sessions. Designed for the serious wrestler who desires a combo of technical instruction and competition. All aspects of the sport will be covered, with special attention paid to the physical, psychological, and character development of each wrestler.
