First Tennessee Bank and Pinnacle Financial Partners are pleased to announce they have resolved the dispute that led to a lawsuit.

Terry Turner, CEO of Pinnacle, stated, “I deeply regret that this came about and that anything we did may have caused it.” There will be no further comment from either bank.

First Tennessee, the largest bank headquartered in Tennessee, was founded in 1864 and has the 14th oldest national bank charter and one of the highest customer retention rates of any bank in the country.
