ORBA names Blake Allison Builder of Year

Blake Allison was named Ocoee Region Builders Association Builder of the Year.

Each year, ORBA selects an individual from the building profession who has gone above and beyond in representing positively the building profession.

Allison, who served on the board of directors for the last 2 years, stepped up to become the pr[esident in 2019..
He participates at the state level and helps represent ORBA’s best interest when new codes or laws are being presented.

He led the build for ORBA this year on a home in City Fields. He worked and volunteered many hours of labor.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tennessee Tech. He was recently appointed to the city of Cleveland Planning Commission.

Allison, who is one of the youngest ORBA presidents elected to lead the local association, will continue as president for 2020.
Allison and his wife, Brooke Allison, have one son.
