The Chattanooga-area Daughters of the American Revolution chapters recognized Native American Heritage for November.   On Nov. 1, the Chattanooga Regent’s Council presented a signed proclamation to Mary Helms, manager in the Local History and Genealogy Department at the Chattanooga Public Library. From left are Helms;  Barbara Fickley, chairman, Chattanooga Regents' Council and a member of the Moccasin Bend Chapter TSDAR; Stacy Kehoe, regent of the Judge David Campbell;  Pamela Randolph, regent of the Moccasin Bend Chapter; Teresa Rimer, Chief John Ross Chapter; and Joye Duke, regent of the Chickamauga Chapter.
