The Cleveland Municipal Planning Commission took action on a variety of items during a regularly scheduled session Tuesday.

A few of the highlights include:

• A request by Pursuit Investments, LLC for preliminary plat approval of Arbor Hills Townhomes located on Young Road S.E. Property comprises Tax Map 66H Group B Parcels 25.00 & 25.01 and contains approximately 16.2 acres. The property Is zoned CH Commercial Highway Zoning District. Commissioner Ben Berry abstained.

• A request by Pursuit Investments, LLC for final plat approval of Phase I of Arbor Hills Townhomes located on Young Road S.E. Property comprises Tax Map 66H Group B Parcels 25.00 & 25.01 and contains approximately 16.2 acres. The property Is zoned CH Commercial Highway Zoning District. Commissioner Ben Berry abstained.

• A request by Mike Lee for approval of alternative setbacks as provided for within the Cluster Development Guidelines for lot 19 of Brook Hollow subdivision off of Peach Orchard Hill Road.

• A request by Deborah Crittenden for consideration of a resolution to adopt a Plan of Service for about 27.5 acres, more or less, for property located at 2444 Hensley Road N.W.

• A request by Deborah Crittenden for consideration of a resolution to annex about 27.5 acres, more or less, for property located at 2444 Hensley Road N.W. .

• A request by Epperson Homes for consideration of an ordinance to zone about 27.5 acres for property located at 2444 Hensley Road N.W.

• A resolution to adopt policies and rules for Planning Commission business.

 The following items for the above resolution were discussed by the Planning Commission and recommended to be adopted by resolution during Tuesday's session.

"Many of the items are already outlined within Robert's Rules of Order; however, the subject resolution provides a standardized outline and reasonable limitation on public comment," according to a Planning Commission document.

As a result of the vote, the following rules of order will be followed during planning commission meetings:

• Comments by individuals will be limited to five minutes on agenda items. Additional time may only be granted if requested by a member of the planning commission and approved by the chair.

• The applicant has five minutes for comments on opening discussion and a two- minute closing statement.

• Applicants will be heard before the motion.

• Discussion should be among commission members only.
