Rhonda Annette Cheek, 53, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019.
She was very fond of gambling, camping and the river. She loved her animals greatly, but most of all she loved her family. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ralph and Alta Lawson, and J.D. and Lois Cheek; and special uncle, Wayne Cheek.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her father, Robert (Barbara) Cheek; mother, Ann (Danny) Adcock; son, Torrey Lawson; stepbrother, David Cheek; special friends: Bud (Brenda) Holmes; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Companion Funeral Home-Cleveland Chapel.
The Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Ronnie Ledford will be officiating.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Cheek, Johnny Cheek, Junior Trentham, Bud Holmes, Frederick Stratton and Michael Gooden.
