Shelia Diane McCabe, 64, a resident of Polk County, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018, at her home.
She was born on June 12, 1952, in Minot, N.D., a daughter of the late Kenneth and Muriel McIntosh. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James McCabe.
She is survived by two sons, Michael and Kenneth Thompson; along with numerous other extended family members and close friends.
A memorial service is planned for Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018, at 1 p.m. at the Crossroads Baptist Church, located at 123 Ward St. in Benton. A private interment will take place later in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
