WCLE RADIO OWNER Steve Hartline is seen in “jail” Thursday night, as he was placed in the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office Christmas float with the Chick-fil-A cow and the Grinch. Donors to the Empty Stocking Fund voted with their dollars as to who would have to stay the full two hours in the jail cell, and Hartline got the short end of the stick after more than $5,500 was raised in the two-hour span — most choosing, with good humor, to leave the radio host incarcerated. The annual drive has now reached more than $62,000 with the grand finale today. Full coverage of the last day will appear in Sunday’s Cleveland Daily Banner.
