Saturday's anticipated inclement weather has led officials to cancel the annual fall festival in Charleston.
Charleston Recreation Committee members said they felt the forecast of rain necessitated the cancellation this year.
The event, which was scheduled mostly for children, would have been held at the Hoyt Berry Park.
The Charleston Recreation Committee has not selected a makeup date for the event, or said if the event will occur this year.
