The Big 3 for maximizing your sales

Effective communication is essential to leading your potential client throughout the buying process. Salespeople need to think of themselves as a navigator, helping customers understand each stage of the process that ultimately helps the business achieve their goal and the salesperson to close the sale.

The Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce will host a presentation on Thursday, Oct. 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., by Gary White, executive director with the John Maxwell Team.

This presentation will show how to successfully:

• Identify and articulate the needs of the potential buyer.

• Move the sales conversation forward.

• Present your products, services or program as the best solution in a natural, confident manner.

White’s desire to be a transformational leader keeps him striving for growth and transformation in his own life, so that he can be a vessel who helps others receive the same.

White has built a solid business in the construction industry, helping guide health and medical training initiatives to successful completion within the federal government.

Registration cost for members is $15, which includes breakfast; $25 for non-members.
