The Cleveland Cowboy Church will host two exciting live musical events this weekend.

On Friday, the Cowboy Gospel Jubilee welcomes back a very popular local group of musicians — HeartStrings. This band has headlined the show on several occasions since the Jubilee opened its doors in fall 2010. They play a mix of Southern Gospel music with strong harmony accompanied by a band of talented string musicians.

On Sunday morning, during the 11 a.m. worship hour, the Cleveland Cowboy Church will host one of Nashville’s top award-winning Christian country recording artist/songwriter — Wade Hammond.
Hammond was winner of the 2015 Inspirational Country Music Male Vocalist of the Year and nominated 2016 ICM Entertainer of the Year and Music Evangelist of the Year. Hammond has 11 other national nominations.

Wade has earned three No. 1 hits on the official Inspirational Country Music Charts Nashville with “Bitter Harvest,” “I’ll Stand Up for the Cross” and Don’t Forget to Pray. In 2014, He had the mainstream Country Charts at No., 12 with “She Loves Me Lord.”
Hammond has been in fulltime ministry for 22 years as he travels the U.S to follow the passion for reaching people for Jesus Christ with music and speaking.

Hammond will be fresh off an appearance on the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville as of the artist celebrating the career of the legendary Ralph Stanley in “The Dr. Ralph Stanley Forever Tribute.”

He also has a “Wade Hammond, 'The Voice' … Country Opry Show celebrating the music of the legends.” It is a two-hour program of live band music with Hammonds singing hits of the country male legends of the 1960s, 1970s and 1980 along with his own Christian country songs.
