A BOX IS WAITING FOR YOU — Melanie Pitts (seated) and Jackie Poteet (standing) are putting together boxes for the 2010 Operation Christmas Child campaign for local residents to share the gift of Christmas with needy children around the world. Operation Christmas Child participants fill a shoe box with a mix of small toys, hard candy, school supplies or personal hygiene items. Once the boxes are filled they will be distributed to children around the world. Boxes can be dropped off in the Life Care Center of Cleveland lobby from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information on how you can help with the Operation Christmas Child project, call 476-3254.
