The specialty shops in the Spring Creek Town Center will host a Holiday Open House on Sunday, Nov. 14, from 1 to 5 p.m., with refreshments, door prizes and holiday discounts as they showcase their holiday gifts this season.

The shops are part of the retail segment of Spring Creek Development, Cleveland’s first lifestyle neighborhood. They are a carefully selected group of specialty shops to complement the unique center.

Located on 25th Street/APD 40, Spring Creek Town Center began development in 2007 with a 10-acre retail site, an eight-acre business park, and more than 44 acres of residential homes, loft condos, cottages and townhomes.

Six of the Spring Creek Shops will be open for this Holiday Open House, including:

Guppies, an infant to toddler’s boutique, owned by Tonya Suits, that not only offers clothing for preemies to size 6x, but also has added a line of clothes that go to Size 14. The addition of the larger sizes was due to customer requests since its doors more than a year ago. Brand name apparel, shoes, gift items and toys all can be found at this boutique. Monogramming is offered on some lines to make the apparel extra special for children. A line of holiday apparel also is now available, adding a festive touch to children’s wear for the holidays.

The Accent Mark, owned by Brigitte Miller and Bobbye Creasman, has a full line of gifts, from gourmet chocolates to candles, carry bags to fine jewelry, which includes the popular Troll Beads. With more than 25 years experience in this area, The Accent Mark has carefully selected lines that offer a special gift giving experience.

Paisley is this area’s shop for personalization offering monogramming and custom personalization on an array of gift ideas from bathrobes to canvas totes to luggage and more. The shop owner Sharon Cate and her daughter, Amy Tippens, have worked to incorporate a line of gifts that can be personalized and monogrammed to make gifts even more personal. Also added is a line of papiere that offers invitations, note cards and personalized stationery.

The Shoe Tree is a stylish shoe store offering women leading name brands and the latest styles. The shop also has a line of accessories including handbags, jewelry, scarves and more. Owner Ashley Freeman says she has shoes for every lifestyle and this year has a unique line of boots for the fall/winter season. The Shoe Tree also offers some narrow and wide widths for hard-to-find sizes.

Swank & Savvy, owned by Kristen and Clark Campbell, offer a full-service event-planning business. This year, they added a coffee bar catering service which has been a hit for local meetings and special events. They will be open during the Holiday Open House offering a sampling of their gourmet coffees.

Photos of children, grandchildren, families all make special holiday gifts. The two showcase their unique photography inside their gallery and boutique at Spring Creek.
