Moneta Hayes Ensley, 91, of Cleveland, died Monday, Dec. 6, 2010, in a local health care facility.

She was a member of Big Spring Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel and Julia North Hayes; husband, Winfred W. Ensley; brother, Abe Hayes Sr.; and son-in-law, David Carden.

She is survived by two children: Pat Ensley and wife, Janet, and Sandra Carden, all of Cleveland; five grandchildren: Chris Ensley and wife, Tina, of Knoxville, Cassie Collins and husband, Denny, of Cleveland, Kim McCleary and husband, Gene, of Murfreesboro, Carmen McDonald and husband, K.C., of Morristown and Scott Carden and wife, Stacy, of Delano; her very special identical twin sister, Oleta Hayes; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Gibson officiating.

Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens, concluding with a white dove release ceremony. Chris Ensley, Denny Collins, Scott Carden, Kevin McDonald, Ty McCleary and Jacob Carden will serve as pallbearers.

Her family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
