According to Edwards’ report, Wiar admitted he and two other people had taken the dirt bike. Wiar had also spray-painted the bike after the alleged theft, according to the report.

Wiar was taken to the Bradley County Jail and booked on a charge of theft over $500.

n Yard tools were among items stolen from a residence located on Mount Zion Road.

According to a report filed by Bradley County deputy Paul Silveria, he spoke with Benjamin Massengill, who said someone broke a glass door to his residence and took a Ryobi weed trimmer, a Husqvarna chain saw, a tool box containing miscellaneous tools and a Galaxy CB radio.

Total loss was estimated at $380, according to the report. Detective Mike Hughes of BCSO Criminal Investigations Division also responded to the scene to begin an investigation.
