She was of the Church of God faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Bishop.
Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Ernest Davis, of Ooltewah; son, Ernest Davis II of Ooltewah; daughters: Mary Ellen Wilson of Cleveland and Patricia Harper of Ooltewah; seven grandchildren; mother, Mary Bishop of Georgetown; sisters: Betty Wilbanks of Jasper and Nolie Davis of Georgetown; brothers: Joel Bishop, Ed Bishop, George Bishop, Cecil Bishop and Joe Bishop, all of Georgetown, Steve Bishop of Hixson and Allen Bishop of Dalton, Ga.; and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Revs. Ronnie Davis and David Hooper officiating. Interment will follow in Davis Cemetery in Georgetown.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
