Congratulations to Qetuwrah Abdullah-Muhammad, a freshman and guard for Cleveland High School's Lady Raiders, for winning Charter's "Player of the Week" award. Qetuwrah scored a total of 31 points for Cleveland in three games during the Lady Raiders' Pre-Christmas Tournament.
