Tennessee Temps Inc., the largest locally owned, full-service staffing business in Cleveland/Bradley County, announced on Jan. 1 its official corporate name change to iKruit Staffing. The name change will become effective immediately.

“Our name has changed, but our focus on building strong business relationships and dedication to service excellence remains the same, said Sandi Kramer, iKruit Staffing president. “With more than 90 percent of businesses using staffing services, our new name better reflects our evolution to a more strategic workforce provider and better positions us for future expansion.”

Founded in 1991, Tennessee Temps, Inc., has emerged as the oldest and largest locally owned and operated staffing agency in the Cleveland/Bradley County area. Its success is directly related to great customer satisfaction and its innate ability to help businesses more effectively source, deploy and manage people and the work they do.

To celebrate 20 years of local business and position itself for the future, iKruit Staffing has devoted the entire year of 2011 to unveiling some dramatic company changes. Some of these changes include a new branding of the company, new interactive website, additional professional office personnel, and a partnership with The Vision Group of N.A., INC., to offer training assistance and leadership development to those in the greater Cleveland/Bradley County area.

With the new changes in 2011, Brandon Perritte, director of marketing and public relations for iKruit Staffing, said, “We are bringing a new innovative approach to helping employers meet their current and future staffing demands while assisting potential employees to secure jobs during these challenging economic times.”

iKruit Staffing will continue to partner with businesses and prospective employees in the areas of light industrial, technical, administrative, professional, and customer service positions.
