She was a member of Cross Pointe Christian Centre in Dalton.
She and her husband, Alfred, served as pastors for 40 years, and missionaries for nine years for the Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Viola Corley; and brother, Donald Corley.
Survivors include her loving husband of 63 years, James A. Proctor of Crandall; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Relicita Proctor of San Jose, Calif.; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Ken DeOre of Crandall; brother and sister-in-law, Harrell and Lila Corley of Maitland, Fla.; sister and brother-in-law, Arabella and Don Fisher of Brandon, Fla..; and grandchildren: Ligaya McCarthy, Kristi Sims, and Andrew DeOre.
The service to celebrate her life will be held Friday, Jan. 28, 2011, in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home in Chatsworth, Ga., with the Rev. Richard Pace and the Rev. Stan Lester officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery at a later date.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 this evening at the funeral home and Friday until the funeral hour.
