He is survived by his longtime companion and girlfriend, Darlene Hodgins; children: Joshua Roberts, Michael Hawkins, Ashley Pilkington, Brittney Evans, Devon Hodgins, Brooke Hodgins, Jacob Roberts and Jadyn Hodgins; sisters: Martha Edwards, Evonne Harper and Louella Roberts; brothers: Donald Roberts, Daniel Roberts and Timmy Roberts; three grandchildren; an uncle; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral will be held Monday, Feb. 7, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Rev. Ken Purdy officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends today from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
